Brandon Cruse has been in the commercial kitchen world for over 25 years. He got his start as a technician, learning the ins and outs of equipment service and installation, and over time moved into leading projects in the field. With a strong background in full kitchen setups and scullery operations, Brandon has guided plenty of projects from start to finish.
These days he’s based in Tennessee with his wife, Amber, and when he’s not on the job, you’ll usually find him fishing or spending time with his family.
