Joe Carter has nearly 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) industry. He’s passionate about design-build projects and takes pride in leading through strong relationships. Over the years, Joe has built lasting partnerships with dealers, rep groups, and manufacturers—connections that have driven long-term success and growth.

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys life in southern Kentucky with his wife, Christy, and their two dogs, Moose and Newt.
