Steve Bosworth leads the AIM Installation division, from the company's inception in 2005 to a national network capable of managing all levels of installation across the industry. A 20-year veteran to walk-in design and installation, Bosworth has extensive experience in installation across the foodservice industry.

Steve is a Central Ohio native, residing in the Columbus area with his wife, Heidi, and their three children.

Matt Anctil joined the company in January of 2008. Matt has been on the installation team at AIM since 2013. In that time, Matt has managed thousands of installations of walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, ovens, fryers, and custom refrigeration counters in all 50 states.

Matt grew up in Massachusetts and currently resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio with his wife, Meghann and their children.

Joe Carter has nearly 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) industry. He's passionate about design-build projects and takes pride in leading through strong relationships. Over the years, Joe has built lasting partnerships with dealers, rep groups, and manufacturers, connections that have driven long-term success and growth.

When he's not working, Joe enjoys life in southern Kentucky with his wife, Christy, and their two dogs, Moose and Newt.

Stacy has 20 years of experience in the food service industry, with the last 6 years working for a major commercial food service equipment manufacturer as an installation coordinator for major chain restaurants.

Stacy currently lives in Manitowoc, Wisconsin with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys camping, golfing, being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Brandon Ragsdale began his refrigeration career in 2013, where he started out as an installation helper. Over the years Brandon has advanced rapidly from learning how to install refrigeration equipment, to servicing equipment. Brandon joined the AIM National team in March of 2020, after working alongside them the prior 5 years. Brandon now manages the majority of the major installs all throughout the US.

Brandon resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Sandra, and their two daughters, Kyleigh and Paisleigh.

Austin has been a member of the AIM team since December of 2020 handling a variety of restaurant equipment installs but mainly specializing in walk-in coolers and freezers. He spent several years before then working as a project coordinator for one of the largest restaurant equipment distributors in the country. Austin has a great deal of restaurant experience in every capacity from completing Culinary School in 2013 to working in various restaurants afterwards. Most notably he worked with Chef José Andrés' Think Food Group based out of Washington D.C. and opened up several concept restaurants at the Cleveland Clinic.

Austin is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has called Columbus home for the past few years. He lives here with his significant other, Madison, and they love to travel all across the U.S., especially to Denver, Tampa and Las Vegas finding new restaurants, local breweries and exploring the outdoors.

Jeremy has been in the Fire Protection industry for 23 years specializing in the inspection, maintenance, and installation of kitchen suppression systems. He has been a project manager here at AIM for 3 years and 1 year in the refrigeration installation department. He held the position of Fire Suppression Manager at ABCO Fire Protection in Southern Ohio and Central Kentucky, and the Regional Implementation Manager at WoolGuard Hood Filters.

Jeremy resides in Maysville, Kentucky with wife Sarah and four kids Jera, Kaylee, Kacey and Zach. He volunteers as a softball and football coach for all of his kids throughout the year.

With more than 20 years of experience across the restaurant industry, commercial foodservice equipment dealerships, and distribution, Bonnie Wilson brings a wealth of knowledge and a relationship-driven approach to her work at AIM National. She is passionate about helping clients create efficient, high-quality commercial kitchens and takes pride in building strong partnerships with clients, manufacturer representatives, and installers.

Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys life on her small farm in Tennessee with her husband, Jody, and spends free time camping, gardening, or pursuing creative crafts.

Lynsay Holt brings over 9 years of foodservice industry experience to the AIM National team, most recently working as a quotation specialist. That background gives her a sharp understanding of what dealers and operators need when projects are on the line.

Outside of work, Lynsay lives in Somerset, WI with her husband Dustin and daughter Ezra. When she is not at the office, you will find her at a concert, out with family, or up north at the cabin soaking in some well-earned downtime.

Mason joined AIM National after graduating from college in December of 2024 with a degree in Communications from The Ohio State University. Mason previously worked in ZCS Distribution for 2 years.

Mason currently lives in Dublin with his girlfriend and two cats and enjoys spending his free time trying out new local food joints, increasing his personal vinyl collection, and watching Ohio sports teams.

Meeta Bhatia started working in the foodservice industry about 8 years ago, making her way from back of the house to being a Business Analyst at Restaurant Brands International and then a Customer Service Specialist at Garland in Canada.

Now residing in Orlando with her husband, Meeta enjoys traveling and vibing to Bollywood music.

Jim Klamet has been an associate since 2017. Jim's career spans over 40 years in the field of construction management with a number of national restaurant and retail brands, including McDonald's, HMS Host, Bob Evans, and the former LIMITED/LBrands.

Jim is an active member of the Porsche Club of America and enjoys international travel, kayaking and golfing. Jim and his wife Kathy reside in Sarasota, FL. They also enjoy spending as much time as possible during the summer with the grandkids in Columbus.

Tara has 25 years of experience in the food service industry, working for a major commercial food service equipment manufacturer. She spent 20 of those years coordinating installations of various brands of equipment for national chain account customers. Tara has spent the last 4 years as a construction project manager for commercial and agricultural construction projects.

She currently resides in Two Rivers, WI with her husband and two dogs, Hub and Harley. She has two grown boys, Austin and Tanner. She enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with family, friends and her dogs.

Brandon Cruse has been in the commercial kitchen world for over 25 years. He got his start as a technician, learning the ins and outs of equipment service and installation, and over time moved into leading projects in the field. With a strong background in equipment setups and scullery operations, Brandon has guided plenty of projects from start to finish.

These days he is based in Tennessee with his wife, Amber, and when he is not on the job, you will usually find him fishing or spending time with his family.
