Open Positions

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator reports to the Sr. Project Coordinator, but has no direct reports. This role handles the coordination of installations for national chain accounts from start to finish, as well as post installation service requests. Working in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking multiple accounts and projects while keeping customers updated on the progress of the project. Professional documentation of status, and effective communication throughout the process, is key. Looking for someone who will exude our Core Values: We Care, Customer First, Forward Focused & Results Driven, Excellence and Positive attitude.

Key General Responsibilities:

  • Learn and continually improve product knowledge of 25+ manufacturers.
  • Efficiently and accurately communicate relevant project information to customers, manufacturers, and sales representatives
  • Identify potential sales opportunities
  • Continually build relationships with our customer base
  • Provide quotes and product information using quoting and sales management software
  • Handle purchase orders, order acknowledgements, and other project related documents in a time sensitive manner
  • Continually provide customer service post purchase
  • Coordination of project related items
  • Additional items as assigned by Sr. Project Coordinator and Sales Representatives

 

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills – especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with willingness to learn new programs as needed
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Business preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service and/or customer service industry
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Entry Level Installer

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, qualified personals willing to learn how to install and operate commercial systems to join our team. Technician will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment. The ideal candidate is a technician, who is willing to learn and has at least a year in the construction world, professional and willing to provide a high-level quality service to our customers.

Details

Entry Level Laborer – Texas

  • Install walk-in cooler/freezers in Restaurants and Warehouses
  • Install Refrigeration related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Install copper refrigeration lines to condenser units, including soldering and brazing.
  • Properly run and connect drain lines.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations
  • Maintains a safe and clean environment.
  • Demonstrates and establishes good working relationships with co-workers and superiors.
  • Works safely following company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid TX driver’s License with a good driving record
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Honest, clean and dependable
  • Able/willing to travel
