Austin has been a member of the AIM team since December of 2020 handling a variety of restaurant equipment installs but mainly specializing in walk-in coolers and freezers. He spent several years before then working as a project coordinator for one of the largest restaurant equipment distributors in the country. Austin has a great deal of restaurant experience in every capacity from completing Culinary School in 2013 to working in various restaurants afterwards. Most notably he worked with Chef José Andrés’ Think Food Group based out of Washington D.C. and opened up several concept restaurants at the Cleveland Clinic.
Austin is originally from Cleveland, Ohio but has called Columbus home for the past few years. He lives here with his girlfriend Madison and they love to travel all across the U.S., especially to Denver, Tampa and Las Vegas finding new restaurants, local breweries and exploring the outdoors.
